How to sign up for an event:

Pre-registration is required for all tours, and most other events. All tours, and most other events, will use a third-party site for registration. That site is ClubRegistration.net. You will need to create an account on their site and add your PCA Membership number into your profile so that we can confirm your membership. This allows you to register at discounted member pricing. This is a one-time setup.

If you have not already done so this is how to do it:

Go to ClubRegistration.net using a browser, then click Create Account

Enter a username, password, first and last name then click Create Account

Setup your profile, being sure to use an e-mail address you will check regularly as you will get important notices from events you register for at that address.

Once you have completed your account profile setup you may be required to login again to continue as follows:

Click Membership

Click Edit My Memberships

Enter PCA for parent organization

Enter Peachstate as region

Enter your PCA membership number

Then click Add

Click My Account and add your vehicle information to the profile.

That's it - you are now setup to be able to register for events.

When you are ready to register for an event login to clubregistration.net and search for Peachstate to find our events. Select the event you want to register for and click Register. Please read the entire event announcement. Be sure to scroll down to select any options available for that event. Then you can click Pay Now. If you have any questions about the event contact the event administrator listed on ClubRegistration.net.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few days. You will also receive e-mails from this event as the event date approaches, so be sure to watch your e-mail for these notifications. If the event is a tour you will receive turn-by-turn instructions, and a link to get the GPS route for a smartphone app named RideWithGPS, which is available free for our tour participants.
