This tour will visit the modern robotics tire manufacturing facility of Pirelli Tire near Rome, GA. This is a unique opportunity to see how tires are made because most tire manufacturers won’t allow visitors inside. We will break up into small groups and our tour guides will explain everything that happens at this facility. Please note that closed toed shoes are required, and no photography is allowed inside the plant. So, don’t even plan on taking your cell phone or camera inside the building.

Sign-in for this tour will begin at 8:30AM at Streetside Classics 213 Thornton Rd, #400, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. Streetside Classics is a showroom and dealership for classic cars. Most cars are sold on consignment. They have a wide variety of cars for viewing. It’s worth taking a few minutes to wander through the warehouse.

We will depart no later than 9:00am. Arrive for registration no later than 8:30am. We will drive some very interesting roads to Rome where we will have lunch at Bella Roma before continuing to Pirelli for our tour. We have a separate room for our group so we can all socialize together during lunch. During registration you will select items from their menu to pre-order so that they can have the food ready upon our arrival. All meals will include bread and a salad. Don’t forget to order your drink. Please note that prices shown include taxes and gratuities.
