This tour will begin at Gateway Classic Cars located at 2705 Ronald Regan Blvd, Suite 200 in Cumming, GA 30041. Be aware this is a new location for them since November 2023. Don’t go to their prior location on McFarland Pkwy. Sign-in will begin at 8:30 inside the car warehouse. Please park in the back as Peachstate is also the featured car club for their Caffein and Chrome event and we cannot get mixed in with them for parking as you would not be able to leave when the tour departs.

You will have about an hour to socialize with the Peachstate folks who are participating in the Caffein and Chrome event and to look at their cars, and others from other car clubs before we depart for the tour.

The tour will then drive to Blairsville via some nice twisty mountain roads which are perfect for Porsche owners. We will have lunch in Blairsville together.

As a bonus, if you have a 924/944/968/928, or are thinking about getting one, we have a limited number of slots to attend a tech session. Our host is Elliott at the 944 Barn, which is a well-known parts resource for transaxle owners across the US. The presentation will be made by Howard Wright of European Classics. He is prepared to share over 50 years of his experience as a Porsche mechanic, and transaxle expert. We have room for 20 cars, so please indicate if you would like to attend. First come, first served for the tech session. If you are not interested in the tech session you will be on your own to return home after lunch.

Approximate itinerary:
8:30 – 9:30 sign-in for the tour – everyone, including passengers must sign waivers
8:30 – 9:30 socialize with Peachstate members participating in the Caffein and Chrome event, view cars both Porsche and others
9:30 – 12:00 – drive to Blairsville
12:00 – 1:00 – lunch
1:00 – 1:15 – drive to the 944 Barn
1:30 – tech session on transaxle cars
