On Sunday, April 19^th, Mother Nature gave us a scare and sent a line of ferocious weather our way. Seventeen intrepid teams braved the weather and showed up at the Hardage Farm Clubhouse to learn more about how to rally or to brush up on their rally skills. Attendees came from as far away as Helen, Georgia and Tennessee. The instructional class was followed by a brief rally that covered many of the course following skills covered in the class.

The weather cleared in time to run the rally and the rally was essentially rain free. Judging by the smiles on the competitor's faces, the rally was a success. Thanks to our wonderful workers: Jack and Kathy Baker, Chris and Barbara Gellner, Danny Saxton, and Lewis Broyles. A special thank you to Gary Clark who came for the class, and volunteered to work the rally. A very special thanks goes out to Paul and Janice Phillips for getting the clubhouse and for hosting the after rally party.

Congratulations to the winning teams of Ron and Vi Hunter with a winning score of 160. A special note for Rod Ochs and Kelly Wilczek who ran the rally using the SOP instructions and they came in a very commendable 4^th place. The best part is that everybody made it to the party, and that makes everyone a winner. Good work all!
