Sunday, May 3^rd was as perfect a rally day as could be wished for. Fifteen teams showed up for a fun circular route that covered almost all of Paulding County and little pieces of three other counties. Six teams competed in the SOP class. Service Street assistant Manager Josh Cheshire was kind enough to show up on his only day off for the week to open his business so restrooms would be available and the coffee made. While that was above and beyond anything asked for, Josh did admit enjoying seeing all the Porsches in his lot. For more information look them up on www.ServiceStreet.com.

The route took our teams through the communities of New Hope, Braswell Mountain, Yorkville, New Georgia and Hiram with lots of "booney" roads in between. The only difficulty was avoiding as many traffic lights as possible to get back to congested Cobb County. Several pauses were required to make sure our teams could stay on time. Congratulations to the winning teams of James Lyle and Amy Kremer in SOP with leg times of 24, 23, 29, and 106 and Dale and Abbi Rabeneck in Tour whose leg times were 26, 5, 83, and 34. The best part is that everybody made it to the party. Good work all!
